Challenging Attitudes : Changing Behaviours


This section of the website is where you can get to tell us what it is like for you or your child, and to read of others' experiences.
We would love to hear from you, if:

  • You have experienced a fall in tolerance towards your child with a learning difficulty.
  • You or your child has received an ASBO/ABC, that because of of your difficulties, you/they were unable to keep to.
  • Your child has been excluded from school & as a consequence, has got into trouble.
  • You have been accused of being a bad parent because your child has a learning or communication difficulty that results in challenging behaviour.

All stories are submitted anonymously with name changes. If you are happy to speak to others of your experience, well will contact you to discuss what this might involve.
